Senior Financial Analyst - Operations (Commercial Real Estate)

Work Location:

Madhapur, Hyderabad

Experience:

3 - 5 years of financial modeling experience with a commercial real estate firm

Salary:

6 - 8 LPA

MBA in Finance

2:00 PM to 11:00 PM ( UK Shift)

Experience in financial modeling (including valuation and return calculations) with a commercial real estate firm Experience with Commercial Real Estate software such as Argus. Preparation of CRE property budgets and forecasts and knowledge of debt service covenants Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models and perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate property and fund level financial returns and asset disposition opportunities. Communicate results to leadership. Budgets/Forecasts: Develop and assess property budgets and forecasts. Financial Analysis/Reporting: Report and analyse financial results vs. budget/proforma/prior year Financing liaison: Develop relationships with financing partners and prepare documents to adhere to debt covenants. Ad hoc/Automation: Provide ad hoc decision support to the Operations and leadership team as needed.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
