5-10 years in Wealth Management / Private Banking / HNI Advisory Proven ability to close HNI clients (?50L-?1Cr+ ticket size). Strong record of managing portfolios ?5Cr+. Past experience with banks (HDFC, ICICI, Kotak, Axis, etc.), AMCs, or wealth firms (IIFL, Edelweiss, Anand Rathi, Motilal Oswal, etc.) preferred.

Key Responsibilities :
Conduct first calls with inbound prospects (HNI/upper-middle-class clients) Extract client profile: Age, Marital Status, Income, Expenses, Assets, Liabilities, Existing Investments Build trust and convert prospects into long-term clients within a short decision cycle Handle objections (DIY investing, PMS, direct MF) with confidence and clarity Collaborate with Associates (for intake/data capture) and CRMs (for post-conversion servicing) Train junior team members by shadowing calls and sharing best practices Maintain accurate client data on Zoho CRM and ensure compliance
Eligibility
: Mandatory: NISM Series 5A Mutual Fund Distributor Certification. Preferred: IRDA Certification, CA / CFA (Level 1) / CFP / MBA (Finance), BFM, BBI, Bcom Deep understanding of personal finance: Mutual Funds, Insurance, Taxation, Asset Allocation.
