YOUR IMPACT


You will be based in our Gurugram/Chennai office as part of our Global Payroll team in coordination with office accounting, firm colleagues and applications support team.


You will manage and maintain ServiceNow (SNOW) Payroll modules, ensuring accurate configuration, smooth workflow functionality, and continuous improvement across payroll-related processes. You will support payroll teams by handling employee queries, providing clear resolutions, sharing daily/weekly activity statistics, and ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding issues.


In this role, you will identify and resolve SNOW-related issues, working closely with technical teams to test, document and deploy fixes or enhancements. You will analyze payroll and HR data to identify trends, improve accuracy and enhance overall process efficiency. In addition to this, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into SNOW enhancements and support system updates or new feature rollouts.


You will create and maintain documentation including process flows, training materials and knowledge articles for SNOW and payroll processes. You will also provide user support and training to ensure employees and HR partners understand SNOW functionality and payroll-related workflows. In addition to this, you will ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory payroll standards across all systems and processes.


In this role, you will ensure the members receive timely and accurate payroll support, while strengthening our ServiceNow (SNOW) systems so that the organization can operate efficiently and deliver a seamless member and stakeholder experience.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS


Educational background in Commerce or Business Administration, with a Master's degree preferred; a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required 8+ years of experience in corporate and/or professional services environments Minimum of 8+ years of relevant payroll experience, including at least 3 years of experience leading a team of 5 or more members within a multinational shared services environment Hands-on experience in Service Now ticketing tool, including system implementation/testing, managing Service Now tickets, data validation, and ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and proper archival Proficiency in Service Now Ticketing tool software, payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ADP, etc.), and MS Excel Exposure to managing global clients and working in a cross-functional, multicultural environment Strong knowledge of payroll processes and ServiceNow tool Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Strong leadership and team management capabilities * Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
