Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Chartered Accountant with 2 to 4 years of professional experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will support financial operations and ensure compliance with statutory regulations, internal controls, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Conduct variance analysis and prepare management reports. Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records.

Audit & Compliance

Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits. Coordinate with external auditors and resolve audit queries. Maintain compliance with local laws, GST, income tax, TDS, etc.

Taxation

Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and income tax filings. Handle assessments and liaise with tax authorities. Assist in tax planning and strategy.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Assist in preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor budget vs actuals and highlight deviations.

Accounts Payable/Receivable & General Ledger

Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, and GL. Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in financial processes. Ensure adherence to internal controls and company SOPs.

Requirements

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) 2 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, audit, taxation, or financial reporting Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, Companies Act, GST, and Income Tax Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho) Excellent MS Excel and financial modelling skills Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Industry Experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
