Reveal was founded in February 2023 by Sanchit Mullick (Founder & CEO). Reveal has been involved in custom-building healthcare solutions for its customers.

About The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Finance Officer to drive financial management and support activities critical to our growth ambitions. The ideal candidate must have a strong financial management background and an exposure to software companies. This role will be based in Bangalore and will have to work on a hybrid model.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Manage all core finance functions - accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and cash flow management Manage compliance with statutory obligations, tax regulations and audit coordination. Implement robust internal controls and financial processes to scale operations effectively Partner with leadership to assess financial implications of business decisions and investments Lead and co-ordinate financial due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions and partnerships Support negotiations and integration activities during M&A transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and risk mitigation Drive improvements in finance systems, analysis tools, and reporting dashboards to enhance decision-making

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance & Accounting Minimum 7 years of finance experience with significant exposure to software companies Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities with attention to detail Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP solutions Hands-on experience with Advanced Excel and Powerpoint Experience using data visualization and business intelligence tools like PowerBI or Tableau is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in fast-growing environmen
