Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced

Financial Officer

who can

lead financial oversight, manage reporting, and represent the company during banking and loan negotiations

. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in financial strategy, controls, and compliance while also being hands-on with reporting and financial modeling in Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee financial reporting, cash flow management, and monthly/quarterly performance reviews Communicate effectively with U.S. banks and financial institutions for

loan closings, refinancing, and credit lines

Provide strategic guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and capital structuring Ensure accurate and timely preparation of

financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

Work closely with internal accountants and auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance Build and maintain

advanced Excel reports and models

for financial planning and decision-making Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team, if required

Qualifications:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA preferred Minimum

7+ years

of experience in finance leadership roles Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and regulatory compliance Proven experience in

banking negotiations and loan closures

Advanced proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

and financial reporting tools Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Experience:

Experience in the

restaurant, retail, or multi-unit business environments

is a plus Exposure to U.S. GAAP and familiarity with cross-border banking practices
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
