Job Description

Payroll & Employee Financials

Oversee salary processing, statutory deductions, and full & final settlements.

Liaise with HR and administration for employee-related financial matters.

Accounting & Reporting

Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.

Ensure timely preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Conduct regular reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.

Cash Flow & Fund Management

Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.

Approve and monitor payments and fund transfers.

Track receivables and payables to ensure smooth financial operations.

Financial Administration

Oversee all financial activities including budgeting, accounting, and fund management. Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation.

Banking & Fund Management

Liaise with banks for institutional transactions, fund transfers, and reconciliations.

Supervise receipts, payments, and deposits to ensure accuracy and accountability.

Manage cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.

Retired professionals from nationalized or private sector banks

with strong experience in finance, accounts, or audit functions.

Minimum

10-15 years of experience

in financial management or banking operations.

Familiarity with institutional or educational finance systems will be an added advantage.

Strong integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
