Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic

Senior

Finance Manager

with strong knowledge in Accounting, Taxation, and Compliance. The ideal candidate should possess high-level expertise in

Accounting, GST, TDS, and Tally ERP

, along with a solid understanding of finance processes. This role demands accuracy, analytical ability, and a proactive approach in managing financial records and statutory compliance.

Handle

end-to-end accounting

operations including journal entries, reconciliations, ledgers, and financial reporting in

Tally ERP

.

Ensure

accurate GST compliance

: filing of monthly/quarterly returns, reconciliation of GSTR 2A/2B, and resolving discrepancies.

Manage

TDS compliance

: deduction, payment, return filing, and issuing Form 16/16A.

Assist in preparation of

financial statements

(Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) in line with statutory requirements.

Support in

audit processes

(Statutory, Internal, Tax) and ensure timely closure.

Handle vendor/customer ledger scrutiny and ensure timely payments/receipts.

Maintain compliance with

Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory obligations

.

Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and provide financial insights to management.

Work closely with auditors, tax consultants, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong working knowledge of

Accounting Principles, GST, TDS, and Finance Controls

.

Proficiency in

Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

and MS Excel (Advanced level preferred).

Good understanding of

taxation laws, audit requirements, and compliance deadlines

.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage deadlines effectively.

Eligibility

IPCC cleared

and pursuing Articleship / Internship
OR

CMA Qualified

with 1+ year of relevant experience.

Strong exposure to accounting & finance operations in a corporate/CA firm environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
