Job Title: Sr. Finance Manager Reports to Title: Head of Finance Function: Corporate Location: Noida, India Position Overview: Senior Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the financial operations and strategic initiatives of GEDU Services India. You will lead a team, oversee financial processes including India taxation and revenue recognition, and provide valuable insights through data analysis and reporting. This role requires a combination of strong leadership, financial acumen, and analytical skills to ensure operational excellence and support the company\'s growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management : Lead and manage a team of professionals, fostering collaboration, development, and high performance. Financial Management: Oversee India taxation, ensuring compliance and optimization. Manage revenue recognition processes and lead negotiations with financial institutions. Audit Compliance: Ensure compliance with audit requirements and facilitate audit processes. Liaise with auditors to provide necessary documentation and support. Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain robust MIS and management reporting systems. Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement initiatives across functions. Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 7 years of managerial experience, preferably in a related industry or function. Skills: Proficiency in Excel and India taxation. Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and experience in bank negotiations. Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data and generate actionable insights. Education: Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree holder or CA will be preferred.
