We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure strong financial control, support strategic decision-making, and manage the organization's financial health effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day financial operations, accounting, and reporting
2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
3. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
4. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, GST, TDS, and audits
5. Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and tax consultants
6. Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
7. Control costs and improve financial efficiency
8. Supervise finance and accounts team
9. Ensure proper internal controls and risk management
