We are looking for a qualified and experienced Senior Finance Manager to independently lead and manage the organization's financial operations. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end finance functions, ensuring accuracy, statutory compliance, and operational efficiency, while providing strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee complete financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, and MIS reporting Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Monitor cash flow, cost control, and working capital management Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other statutory requirements Coordinate and manage internal and external audits Develop financial models, forecasts, and analytical reports to support management decisions Identify and implement improvements in financial systems, processes, and workflows Liaise with banks, auditors, vendors, and cross-functional teams Supervise the accounts team and ensure timely closure of books of accounts

Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and audit procedures Hands-on experience with Tally or other ERP systems and advanced MS Excel Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
