S/he plans, organizes, directs, and is responsible for providing quality financial services to all projects, units and staff in the Institute. S/he works closely with the Director - IIPHD and other Senior Management to ensure that a partnership is developed between Finance, Program and Administration. S/he assumes overall responsibility for implementation of donor rules and regulations at the Institute.The role of the SFM is to ensure accurate and optimal financial planning, implementing and monitoring of the Institute/ Project activities in accordance with financial policies and generally accepted accounting principles. S/he should ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness in financial performance and reporting of the operations to Director \xe2\x80\x93 IIPHD.
