Senior Finance Manager

About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned

Senior Finance Manager

to oversee

financial management, tender finance, and statutory compliance

for project-based operations. The ideal candidate is a

Chartered Accountant (CA)

or equivalent with strong expertise in

budgeting, tender documentation, and cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end accounting operations using

Tally, Zoho Books, and financial tools

Manage

fund flow, reconciliations, audits, and MIS reporting

Oversee

tender finance

, ensuring compliance with EMD, BGs, and contract terms Prepare

cash flow statements, project budgets, and profitability reports

Ensure timely

GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and ROC

filings Support the CFO in

financial forecasting, cost control, and investment planning

Qualifications & Skills:

CA preferred

(CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance may apply)

10+ years' experience

in finance, accounting, or tender-based projects Proficient in

Tally, Zoho Books, MS Excel

, and financial modeling Strong understanding of

government tenders, procurement, and contract law

Excellent analytical, reporting, and coordination skills

Preferred Industry:

Events, Infrastructure, Museums, or Government-linked Projects
