As we continue to scale, we are looking for a finance leader who can drive financial excellence and strategic growth.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead the Finance & Accounts function for Litemed. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with hands-on experience managing end-to-end accounting, compliance, reporting, and financial planning in a dynamic, growth-oriented organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Management & Reporting

• Oversee full-spectrum accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations.

• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.

• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with statutory and management requirements.

• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.

2. Budgeting & Forecasting

• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business strategy.

• Monitor budget utilization and highlight deviations.

• Support cost optimization and efficiency initiatives across departments.

3. Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and ROC filings.

• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

• Maintain robust internal controls and documentation for audit readiness.

4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management

• Manage working capital, fund flow, and banking relationships.

• Oversee payments, collections, and liquidity planning.

• Evaluate investment and financing options as needed.

5. Business & Strategic Support

• Partner with management to evaluate business decisions from a financial perspective.

• Support fundraising, investor reporting, and due diligence processes.

• Provide data-driven insights for decision-making and growth planning.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8-12 years of post-qualification experience.

• Proven track record in handling end-to-end Finance & Accounts functions.

• Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance frameworks.

• Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / ERP systems and MS Excel.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong communication skills.

• Prior experience in a startup, MedTech, or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
