Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

: Develop and manage the company's financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Financial Reporting

: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses for management and stakeholders.

Cash Flow Management

: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company has sufficient liquidity to meet its obligations.

Cost Control

: Identify areas for cost reduction and implement cost-control measures without compromising quality or performance.

Compliance & Risk Management

: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Identify and mitigate financial risks.

Team Leadership

: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Strategic Advisory

: Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making by senior management.

Qualifications

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CA, ACCA, CIMA) is preferred.

Experience

: Minimum of 5-8 years in financial management roles, with a proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Skills

: Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ?17,345.62 - ?74,074.96 per month
