Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports Handle day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements Liaise with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits Support inventory and stock-related financial controls Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives Maintain proper documentation and records for internal and external audits Assist in improving internal controls and financial processes

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting

Min 5 years of relevant experience in the retail industry

Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and financial ERP systems Good interpersonal and communication skills
