The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tally, GST, statutory filings and preparation of financial statements including Profit & Loss accounts and Balance Sheets. This role requires the ability to work independently, guide junior team members and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial activities in Tally.
Ensure timely and accurate GST filing, TDS payments and statutory compliances.
Manage end-to-end payroll processing and maintain employee financial/statutory records.
Prepare, review, and analyze Profit & Loss accounts, Balance Sheets, cash flow statements and other financial reports.
Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing activities.
Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
Coordinate with auditors for internal/external audits and ensure compliance.
Monitor accounts receivable/payable and strengthen financial controls.
Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting (B.Com / M.Com).
Minimum
5+ years
of experience in finance, accounting, payroll and compliance.
Proficiency in
Tally ERP
, MS Excel and accounting processes.
Solid understanding of GST, TDS, statutory regulations and financial reporting.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle responsibilities independently and mentor junior team members
