with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations
Manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely payments and collections
Assist in preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing activities
Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Liaise with banks and vendors as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance-related field
2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in finance/accounting
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Zoho Books is an advantage
Pursuing CA Inter / MBA Finance (optional)
