We are looking for a qualified construction OR Hotel finance Executive. Manage the financial records and transactions of the project. They handle accounting and financial reporting, and often assist in financial planning and analysis.
Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare and interpret financial statements, reports, and analyses to guide managerial decision-making.
Oversee project budgets, analyze actual performance against plans, and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivables, and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
Monitoring and managing the company's cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity.
Assisting with internal and external audits and managing tax-related functions.
Requirements:
The ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on the analysis is essential.
Strong communication skills are needed to explain complex financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
A strong understanding of the business environment and market trends to provide relevant financial solutions.
A proven track record in the finance field, with experience in financial systems and software, is highly valued by employers.
