Senior Finance Executive

to support smooth financial operations, statutory compliance, and accurate reporting for our rapidly growing hospitality brand.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting activities, including payment reconciliations (bank, UPI, payment gateways, and pay-at-property). Handle vendor payments, credit transactions, petty cash, and settlements with service partners. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Support weekly MIS reporting, budget monitoring, and variance analysis. Ensure timely compliance and filings related to GST, TDS, Income Tax, ESI, and PF. Prepare and file GST returns (monthly and annual), TDS returns, and Income Tax returns. Manage ESI and PF filings in line with statutory labor regulations. Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors during audit processes. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for compliance and audit purposes. Contribute to the enhancement of financial processes and internal control systems.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting. 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance. Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ESI, and PF processes. Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel, including basic formulas and data management. High level of accuracy, strong time management, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to clearly present financial data to reporting managers. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
