Senior Executive - Finance

In this role, you'll show your mettle as you find ways to uphold excellence and high standards in our financial process. Working closely with the Account Lead to align with Financial for the Visa account and execute Financial strategies for local and/or national initiatives for Facilities Management and Project Management Services. Manage supplier relationships including administrative and operational activities. Ensure all Jones Lang LaSalle sourcing and contracting standards are maintained.

As a Senior Executive - Finance at JLL, you will play a crucial role in driving financial strategy and performance for our global organization. You will lead complex financial initiatives, provide strategic insights to senior leadership, and ensure the company's financial health aligns with our long-term goals. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals in a collaborative, innovative environment where your expertise will directly impact our success in achieving a more sustainable future for real estate.



Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth o Strong understanding of financial markets, risk management, and corporate finance principles o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights o Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring high-performing teams o Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting o Advanced knowledge of financial systems and software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) o Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to C-level executives o CPA or equivalent professional certification

Mastery in the field

You should have earned a diploma or degree in commerce/Management/MBA. Having three to seven years of experience in facilities management will also prove indispensable. We'll also expect you to work as a part of a diverse team in both leadership and individual contributor expertise, initiate energy management program for reducing the cost on utilities.
