Role Overview
The Senior Finance Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate accounts, handling compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in accounting and financial management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations including AP/AR, invoices, and reconciliations
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, cash flow statements, and balance sheets
Oversee GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for financial audits
Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Handle vendor payments, payroll coordination, and petty cash management
Maintain accurate financial documentation and records
Support management in financial decision-making with data-driven insights
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
2-3 years of experience
in finance or accounting roles
Proficiency in
Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Excellent numerical, analytical, and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Candidates from Gurgaon or nearby areas preferred
