Your Role As a Gensler Senior Finance Data Analyst for our Asia Pacific and Middle East (APME) region, you will be responsible for financial analysis for the region\'s turnover and financial business practices. You will be successful because you are highly organised and financially rigorous, analytical and with an excellent attention to detail. You will join a team of highly creative, collaborative colleagues to ensure our work is financially sound What You Will Do Assist Regional Finance Director to build & develop, prepare and maintain management reports & dashboards to provide clear insights of performance Investigate, analyse, and interpret key drivers of variances to forecast while also considering historical performance Working closely with our Project Delivery & finance teams for financial accuracy & success Proactive engagement, sharing finance with non-finance stakeholders KPI analysis Evaluate, document and design optimised and standardised finance processes Act as lead analyst on complex special projects and/or ad hoc reporting requests Provide training to project delivery & finance teams to develop independent analytical skills Your Qualifications Qualified or part-qualified status Min 5 years exp in practice Experience in financial analysis and accounting Demonstrate an ability to interpret information Knowledge of the architecture or design industry is highly desirable, but not mandatory for strong candidates Strong research and analysis skills Excellent working knowledge of advanced Excel and other MS tools including Power Query Knowledge of Deltek Vision, Anaplan, Power BI and Tableau a plus Willingness to learn and to try new things Financial rigour, analytical ability and attention to detail Effective communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
