Urgent requirement for a leading Restaurant chain in Hyderabad

Position: Senior Finance & Cost Accountant

Experience : 8+ Years

Qualification : CA

Location: Hyderabad

Monday to Saturday (WFO)

Timings : 9 am to 6 pm

: Our Client is seeking a highly skilled & experienced Sr Finance & Cost Accountant to join their dynamic team in the Restaurant industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, implementing cost control measures & providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities:

- Financial Strategy and Analysis : Develop and executive finance strategies aligned with company goals

- Budgeting and Cost Accounting : Create annual budgets and monitor financial performance

- Reporting: Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with Indian accounting standards

- Cash Flow: Manage cash flow efficiently and optimize liquidity

- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks

- Tax & Compliance: Oversee tax planning and regulatory compliance

- Operation: Streamline financial processes and lead the finance team

- Financial Relationships: Maintain stakeholder relationships, including banks and auditors.

Qualification:

- Qualified CA with around 8+ years experience - preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry

- Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards & tag regulations

- Proficient in financial software & ERP systems

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
