Job Title - Sr. Finance Analyst

About the Role:

Senior Financial Analyst will be closely cooperating with Warsaw BSO and their Accounts Receivables and Lease Administration teams in Warsaw, Poland. Person on this position will be responsible for operations in area of cash allocation, invoicing and credit control for CBRE clients, ensuring delivery of accuracy and timeliness at desired level.

What You'll Do:

Daily cash allocation Monthly reconciliation of ending balances Invoicing Invoice delivery Credit Control - Reminders Support for ad hoc invoicing if required Ad hoc support to bank statement management Cooperation with other departments and team members Preparation and update of internal procedures and manuals Other duties assigned by supervisor and line manager. Ability to work under pressure and in a highly changeable working environment

What You'll Need:

SAP ERP knowledge Yardi ERP knowledge proven experience in Finance/Accounting for min. 4-7 years previous experience in OTC area, including billing activities cash application and reconciliation general understanding of accounting process in the company fluency in English practical knowledge of MS Office (particularly Outlook, Excel) analytical skills customer-oriented, strong communication skills a team player attitude
