Job Description

The Senior Finance Analyst will oversee and lead key financial advisory projects, including business valuation engagements, investor pitch preparations, and strategic business plan development. The role will also involve conducting detailed market and business research to generate actionable insights that support business growth and investment decisions. Candidates should demonstrate strong financial modeling capabilities, analytical acumen, and the ability to translate financial insights into strategic recommendations. They will work closely with senior management and clients to deliver innovative, data-driven proposals and high-quality financial documentation aligned with business objectives.?

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate business valuation and financial modeling projects. Prepare investor proposals, feasibility studies, and creative business plans. Conduct detailed market and industry research for client strategies. Analyze key financial and operational metrics to support decision-making. Collaborate with clients and management to present strategic financial recommendations. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in financial deliverables.?
Expected qualifications and skills:
CA articleship completed candidates (semi qualified or part qualified), MBA Finance Professionals with strong analytical skills, or candidates with experience in business valuations and financial modelling,

Strong working knowledge in spreadsheets and proficiency in MS office packages with content writing skills expected.

Apart from salary payouts, incentive payouts are also applicable.
