We are currently looking for Senior Finance Analyst, Castrol India based at Mumbai with details mentioned below.
Let me tell you about the role!
The key purpose of the role is to lead the investor relation which includes developing strong relationships with both buy-side and sell-side investors, ensuring transparent communication, prepare story for interaction/ FAQ's creating of investor pack. The goal is to keep investors informed, engaged, and confident in the company's strategy and financial outlook. Additionally, the role holder will support driving the finance transformation agenda (including Digital), manage multiple transformation initiatives within finance and be the finance SPA in a cross-functional set up and planning, execution of business growth avenues & financial targets as per the strategy within right control environment. The role will report into the Sales & Marketing Finance Manager, India.
What you will deliver
Support all strategic business initiatives for India. Champion digital initiatives across CIL and India Finance, ensuring alignment with the broader digital strategy.
Bring new automation ideas and work along with business verticals and GBS to deliver end-to-end benefits FMs and approvals for new initiatives.
Drive innovative financial solutions that enhance customer experience, streamline processes, and support strategic decision-making across business unit.
Support commercial negotiations, Strategy submission , financializing / review of numbers to support commercial director and Managing Director. Support Investor / analyst interaction through preparation and material.
Investor Relations
o Engage with both buy-side and sell-side investors to maintain strong, transparent, and productive relationships.
o Be the point of contact for investor inquiries and help coordinate discussions between investors and the CFO.
o Prepare FAQs and other relevant materials to ensure consistent and well-structured messaging in all investor interactions.

Educational Qualification:
CA or CMA or equivalent
Any post-graduation degree will be a value-add
CA / CMA / CFA / MBA with 10+ years of experience in finance and projects

The role will report into the Sales & Marketing Manager Castrol India and will work closely with the finance leadership team, cross functional teams, Global Finance teams as well as external consultants to achieve the desired outcomes, process efficiencies and the vision of the organization.
