As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing accounting operations, managing budgets, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning. You will work closely with leadership to develop financial models, streamline reporting processes, and contribute to the organization's mission-driven growth. This role demands strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to risk management and performance optimization.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day accounting in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and update the fixed assets register.
  • Ensure timely monthly closing of accounts.
  • Manage vendor payments and maintain transparent financial records.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Analyze budget variances and provide insights to management.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align financial plans with business goals.
  • Identify and mitigate potential financial risks.
  • Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Coordinate with HR for payroll deductions, bonuses, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
  • Prepare and submit statutory financial reports and compliance filings.
  • Support internal and external audit activities.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for business decision-making.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare detailed management reports.
  • Conduct scenario analyses to evaluate business opportunities and risks.
  • Prepare financial statements and presentations for investors.
  • Maintain investor communication and compliance documentation.
  • Manage records of investor transactions and governance compliance.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting; MBA (Finance) or CA-Inter preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling.
  • Expertise in accounting standards, GST, and income tax compliance.
  • Familiarity with ZOHO Books or similar accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills -- able to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
  • Proficient in Excel and digital tools for data management and analysis.
  • A proactive, adaptable team player with a can-do attitude and resilience under pressure.
  • Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and commitment to continuous improvement.
