Job Description

Position: Senior Finance & Accounts Executive

Experience Required: 6+ years

Industry Preference: Engineering, procurement, and construction

Location: Chimbel, Panjim, Tiswadi, Goa 403402, India,

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in project accounting, GST compliance, TDS, statutory reporting, and end-to-end financial operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Manage cost accounting and monitor manufacturing expenses, overheads, and variance analysis.

Ensure accurate accounting of inventory, WIP, and finished goods.

Maintain statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and income tax.

Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, and tax audits.

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR 1, 3B, annual returns) and reconcile with books.

Handle budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting for management.

Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and vendor payments.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Coordinate with production and procurement teams for cost control and reporting.

Assist management in financial analysis and decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
