We are looking for a self-starter Field Service Technician to deliver the desired customer service.

Position :

Sr Field Technician / Jr Field Technician

Education:

ITI/Diploma in Electrical Or Electronics

Experience:

Jr position 1yr to 2yrs / Sr position - 5Yrs to 9Yrs

Location

:- Narhe, Pune ( But need to travel to clients place across Pune for technical work )

Salary

:- 18 k to 38K Per Month ( Depends on interview for Jr & Sr position )

Responsibilities:

Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance of UPS , Inverter & stabilizer Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions Produce timely and detailed service reports & Document Processing Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation Should be ready to travel within pune for attending the technical calls. 10 KVA to 100 KVA

for Senior position

. Inverter & stabilizer experience can be suitable for Jr position. Two Wheeler & License both are are must for this position.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
