- Responsible for Installation, qualification, repairs and maintenance of instruments and systems at customer sites in given territory
- Responsible for technical support and training in given territory
- Responsible for executing service contracts in given territory
- Help strengthen the market position of Skytech Systems India Private Limited
- Execute any service mission according SSPL guidelines and cGMP requirements
- Clarify reason for damage, failure, interruptions, which are reported by customers, and decide action necessary.
- Plan and carry out business trips cost effectively and in accordance with company guidelines.
- Forward all service reports to the Service administration weekly
- Update action plan weekly on SharePoint (unasked!)
- Participate where necessary in trade fairs / exhibitions and Customer Demonstrations
