This is a full-time role for a Field Sales Manager/Executive. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations, managing a team, meeting sales targets, building and maintaining customer, architects, builders, facade consultant's relationships, developing sales strategies, and providing excellent customer service. This role is primarily located in Chennai with the flexibility to work remotely.
Required Skill's
Sales and Business Development
Sound knowledge in aluminum doors and windows, Architectural/ Decorative glasses
Knowledge of interior design industry
Good relationship with Architects, Builders, Owners, Contractors and Facade Consultants
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Customer-centric approach
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the construction or building materials industry is a plus
Masters in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Qualification: Any (Sales experience is mandatory)
