Sr. Field Sales Executive 4 to 5 Years



Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans, identify new markets, meet targets, and close deals.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Field Activities

: Conduct client visits, product demos, and presentations, representing the company professionally.

Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on trends, analyze competitors, and provide insights for strategy.

Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate CRM records and provide sales reports to management.

Mentorship: Guide and coach junior sales team members.

Qualifications & Skills:



Experience: 4-5+ year

s in sales, proven track record of exceeding targets.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) and MS Office.

Soft Skills

: Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills.

Attributes: Self-motivated, strong work ethic, ability to travel, and business acumen.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
