Asvil Galaxy Finserv is seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Home Loans and LAP (Loan Against Property) services across West Godavari and East Godavari districts. This role requires you to independently source leads by visiting markets, businesses, and local clients daily. You will guide customers through loan processes, assist with documentation, and occasionally handle Doctor Professional Loans. Tadepalligudem, with frequent travel across West Godavari and East Godavari districts
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads by visiting markets, offices, residential areas, and local businesses
Travel daily across both districts to meet potential customers and explore new opportunities
Explain Home Loan and LAP products, eligibility, required documentation, and repayment options
Assist clients in completing documentation, including property papers, income proofs, and KYC requirements
Occasionally handle Doctor Professional Loans and other specialized loan inquiries
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the company
Maintain customer data and follow-up activities using CRM systems
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with professionalism and empathy
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless loan processing
Provide accurate reports on field activities, lead generation, and loan progress
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications and Skills
Must have a valid Driving License and willingness to travel extensively across West Godavari and East Godavari
Excellent communication in Telugu, Hindi and English
Understanding of Home Loans, LAP loans, property documentation, and verification processes
Ability to educate clients about loan terms, eligibility, and benefits
Prior experience in loan sales, field marketing, or customer relationship management is preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools
Self-driven, motivated, and capable of working independently in dynamic field environments
Good interpersonal skills with problem-solving abilities
Comfortable interacting with diverse clients, including doctors and professionals
High level of integrity, patience, and customer-centric approach
