Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
Field Sales Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients in person, pitching our digital marketing services, and closing deals to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
Schedule and attend client meetings to understand their marketing needs and propose tailored digital solutions.
Present, promote, and sell digital marketing services such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, website design, and branding.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are properly understood and fulfilled.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report daily activity to the sales manager.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or IT services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive sales approach.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts is a plus.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of field sales experience preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
