Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential clients (homeowners, builders, architects, interior designers) to promote and sell home automation products.
Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and marketing activities.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features in a customer-friendly manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to the Sales Manager.
Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for installations and after-sales support.
Maintain lead details and follow-ups in CRM software.
Participate in exhibitions, campaigns, and promotional events.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
1-4 years of experience
in field sales, preferably in
home automation, electronics, real estate, or interiors
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Mandatory:
Two-wheeler with valid driving license.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field visits efficiently.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking will be an added advantage.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
