Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Female Accountant

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting overall financial operations. She should possess strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records. Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements. Handle accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and vendor payments. Manage GST, TDS, income tax filings, and other statutory compliances. Monitor daily accounting activities and ensure all entries are recorded correctly. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions. Ensure confidentiality and integrity of financial data. Support management with financial insights for decision-making.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (Master's degree preferred). Proven work experience as an Accountant (2-5 years). Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, MS Excel, etc.). Strong knowledge of taxation, auditing, and compliance. Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Good communication and organizational skills.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and trustworthy. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
