Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and working professionals on IT training programs based on their career goals and interests.
Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries effectively to achieve monthly admission targets.
Provide detailed information about courses, curriculum, career outcomes, and fee structures.
Guide students through the entire admission process, including enrollment and documentation.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM or Excel sheets.
Participate in promotional activities such as seminars, webinars, career fairs, and workshops.
Coordinate with trainers and the academic team to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
Build strong relationships with prospective students and ensure a positive admission experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred background in Education, IT, or Business).
1-3 years of experience as an Academic Counsellor, Education Counsellor, or Inside Sales Executive.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of IT and software training programs.
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
