Position Overview

We are looking for a

creative, detail-oriented, and trend-aware Designer

with

5-10 years of experience

to join our Design & Development team. The role involves

trend research, design conceptualization, sketching, CAD development, and supporting seasonal collections

for international buyers. This is an exciting opportunity for young professionals eager to

transform ideas into fashion for global markets

.

Key Responsibilities

Research international fashion trends, fabrics, trims, colors, and silhouettes. Create sketches, CADs, and detailed design specifications for seasonal ranges. Develop mood boards, storyboards, and presentations for buyers. Collaborate with merchandising and sampling teams to convert buyer briefs into final garments. Review and refine garment samples for

fit, construction, and commercial viability

. Assist in range planning, forecasting, and seasonal collection development.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design from

NIFT, NID, Pearl Academy, or equivalent institute

.

5-10 years of experience

in the apparel design/export industry. Proficiency in

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools

. Strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and detailing. Creativity with a

commercial and global fashion outlook

. Effective communication and presentation skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:

Up to ₹10 lakhs per annum (commensurate with experience & skills).
