What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:
In this role, the Senior Facility Specialist will be accountable for all strategic, tactical, and operational tasks in the areas of Food & Beverage program across the India portfolio which comprises of 10 locations, 22 buildings totalling approximately 2.6 million square feet including the main campus in Bangalore.

• 
  Operational oversight of Food & Beverage Program, amenities and provide leadership to workplace team and catering service providers, ensuring all areas follow applicable policies and regulations.
• Drive financial discipline, provide recommendations/ suggestion to management on regular basis.
• Manage internal event and interact with various levels of senior management and line of Business representatives to deliver outstanding service and a first-class experience
• Develop and maintain high-touch customer service level Review management of food spaces such as cafeteria, pantry, kitchen, event venue etc.
• Partner on new construction and refresh projects managing onboarding process of new FnB spaces
• Conduct monthly reviews with regional head to share operational updates regarding product and service delivery.
• Collaborate with Regional & global Teams on strategy and innovation Undertake Food & Beverage market reviews and benchmarking exercises to research and analyse new products, market trends, pricing and services of competition
• Provide strategic guidance on vendors\' development of menus, programs and concepts that are specific to each site\'s demographics, Line of Business and regional preferences Gather and analyse metrics

What you bring:

• 
  Degree in hotel management or equivalent required
• 10 + Years\xe2\x80\x99 experience of handling Food & beverage Function of a large organisation or a reputed star hotel
• Determine training and development points for team and manage their mid-year and annual performance reviews
• Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to workplace team and service providers
• Drive Best in class Employee experience program, carryout periodic journey mapping and lay processes/ policies/ to create wow experience for our employees and customers
• Experience in managing diverse vendor partners will be an added advantage
