The Senior Facility Executive is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of all facility functions within the distribution centre. This role ensures that buildings, services, and processes support the core business operations efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise facility operations, including maintenance, cleaning, security, HVAC, electrical systems, and vendor management.
Coordinate with service providers and contractors for facility-related services and repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards.
Monitor and manage facility.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure facilities are in good working condition.
Develop preventive and corrective maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies or urgent issues.
Maintain records of facility operations, maintenance, and safety compliance.
Assist in planning and implementing facility upgrades and renovations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
4 years of experience in facilities management
Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc.).
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and facility compliance standards.
