Job Purpose:
To oversee and ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and compliance of all electrical systems and infrastructure within the facility, supporting uninterrupted business operations and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical Maintenance & Operations:

• Supervise daily operations and preventive maintenance of electrical systems including HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, and lighting systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime.

Project Execution & Support:

• Assist in planning and execution of electrical projects, renovations, and upgrades.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for installation and commissioning activities.

Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical installations.
• Maintain documentation for compliance with energy audits and government norms.

Energy Management:

• Monitor energy consumption and suggest optimization strategies.
• Support implementation of energy-saving initiatives and sustainability goals.

Vendor & AMC Management:

• Manage service contracts and vendor performance for electrical systems.
• Ensure timely renewal of AMCs and calibration of equipment.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, breakdowns, and repairs.
• Prepare reports on electrical performance, energy usage, and incident logs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 4-6 years of experience in electrical maintenance and operations, preferably in a commercial or industrial setup.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety codes, and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with HT/LT systems, DG sets, UPS, and BMS.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
