Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

fabric sourcing, development, costing, and price negotiations

for export buyers. Coordinate with

mills, dyeing, printing, and processing teams

for sampling and bulk orders. Manage

lab dips, strike-offs, approvals, swatches

, and ensure all samples meet export buyer standards. Maintain

TNA (Time & Action Plan)

and ensure timely execution of export orders. Communicate with

international clients

for updates, approvals, queries, and order status. Monitor

fabric quality

, resolve issues, and ensure production follows buyer specifications. Prepare

export documents

, maintain records, and support in shipment planning. Work closely with merchandising, QA, production & export logistics teams. Guide junior merchandisers and support team efficiency.

Requirements:

5+ years experience

in fabric merchandising (export department preferred). Strong knowledge of

fabric types, dyeing/printing processes, costing & international buyer requirements

. Excellent communication skills for handling overseas clients. Good command of Excel, documentation, and ERP systems.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
