Satvam Nutrifoods limited is looking for a Senior Export Executive for their Export Department.

The main objective of this role is to handle day-to-day activities of the Export department.

Candidates have good knowledge and Experience in Export department.

Job description/profile as an Export Executive:

1.Export Documentation along with Export Marketing

2.Contacting potential customers from different countries and following- up with them for new business opportunities

3.Ensure that all the marketing activities are carried out within the given time scale

4.Execute and implement new and different marketing activities as per customers needs and requirements

5.Negotiate with CHAs and Freight Forwarders to acquire competitive shipment rates and finalize the deal with them if their rates are competitive and affordable.

6.Preparing quotations for new as well as existing clients and sending samples to them if required

7.Preparing Pre- and Post-Shipment documents.

8.To make sure that the samples which are couriered to our domestic clients reach them within the said time limit.

9.Take regular follow-ups of emails which I send to clients/buyers in regard to business proposal and appointment request for meeting.

10. Keeping records and maintaining data of new events/exhibitions country wise.

11. Communication & Coordination with international client.

FMCG Background is a must.
