The Senior Expert GES Ops - Direct Procurement Desk plays a critical operational role in enabling end-to-end Direct Procurement by owning RFx execution, contract lifecycle management, and supplier data governance. The role ensures compliant, timely, and high-quality procurement operations by closely partnering with Sourcing Managers, Planning, Finance, and Suppliers, while driving process efficiency, data accuracy, and continuous improvement through digital tools and standardized ways of working.

Your key responsibilities
Execute RFx and sourcing campaigns - Prepare and manage RFx activities (price lists and outline agreement proposals) for quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly campaigns, ensuring business requirements are clearly captured and aligned with sourcing strategies.
Manage procurement conditions and contract data - Validate, request, and maintain procurement conditions including PIRs, contracts, source lists, and outline agreements, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates in line with negotiated terms.
Ensure compliance, governance, and data integrity - Support internal and external audits, drive governance across stakeholders, and ensure high data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all RFx and contract management activities.
Provide operational support and stakeholder collaboration - Work closely with Sourcing Managers, Planning teams, and other stakeholders to resolve P2P, technical, and operational issues, and ensure seamless integration of outline agreements with production planning and scheduling.
Deliver reporting, analytics, and supplier performance reviews - Prepare and maintain reports on volume consumption, contract compliance, SLA performance, and expiration tracking, including quarterly volume validation and reviews with suppliers.
Drive continuous improvement, documentation, and training - Contribute to process improvements in RFx and contract management, track and document activities, develop and maintain SOPs and playbooks, and continuously enhance training materials to improve efficiency and quality.

You bring
Over 5+ years of hands-on experience in Procure-to-Pay processes, including purchasing and/or accounts payable operations.
Demonstrated experience in Direct Procurement, with strong knowledge of direct sourcing activities and management of price list campaigns.
Commercial education or equivalent experience, with a strong understanding of cost drivers, value creation, and procurement economics.
At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different organizations and multiple hierarchy levels.
Passion for customer experience, operational excellence, and continuous development, with a track record of driving improvements in processes and ways of working.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word), supporting reporting, analysis, and documentation requirements.
