We are looking for a

Senior Experience Designer

to help shape and elevate our brand's digital presence. In this role, you will collaborate across teams to define, design, and deliver cohesive brand experiences that resonate with users and reflect our mission.

What you will do

Define and develop

: Collaborate with brand teams to evolve our visual positioning, communication style, and digital strategy.

Create and maintain

: Design foundational digital elements and establish brand guidelines for consistency across web and mobile platforms.

Drive consistency

: Partner with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure a unified brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all user touchpoints.

Iterate with data

: Conduct user research, A/B testing, and data analysis to refine brand experiences and align them with strategic goals.

Stay current

: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX and content design.

What you bring

Experience

5-7 years of experience in experience design, brand strategy, or related fields. Proficiency in design tools such as

Figma

and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of digital branding, UX principles, and user-centered design.

Personal competencies

Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven design. Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
