To maintain warehouse operation in accordance with cGMP procedures & ensure smooth operation in warehouse department. To manage training activities in LMS with the privileges of a 'Department-Administrator' role.
Assigning the training curriculum for the new joiners (Fresher/Experienced) and employee transferred from one site/department to another in consultation with respective department heads and STC, in LMS. Monitoring and assisting the new joinee / transferred employee until completion of their initial training.
To responsible for the QMS related activities in warehouse
Monitoring the day-to-day activities related to warehouse.
Responsible for recording the daily usage log books.
To responsible for the issuance of the materials for the respective production blocks.
To ensure all statutory and regulatory requirements complied in respect of customer and regulatory requirement.
To monitor the updating of status boards.
To receive the intermediates from respective production blocks as per standard operating procedure.
To responsible to post the daily consumption/issues RM/PM in GMP pro and generation of stock reports on day to day basis reconciliation accuracy.
Supervision of Environmental monitoring in respective storage areas.
Physical Verification of Stock for Materials.
Providing MIS reports related to warehouse and inventory to management.
Identifying the need of process training and HSE training to staff for create awareness and enhance competence.
Ensure successful running of SFTI initiative in warehouse.
To ensure execution of SOP revision, CAPA and Work order activities as per requirement.
To participate in additional activities of warehouse based on requirement and HOD advice
