To manage plant-level HR operations, ensure statutory compliance, support factory administration, and drive effective workforce management in alignment with labour laws and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure Statutory & Labour Law Compliance
Maintain registers and records as per Factories Act, EPF, ESIC, Bonus, and other applicable labour laws.
Prepare and Maintain SOPs & Process Documentation
Draft, implement, and update HR and compliance SOPs in coordination with factory and corporate teams.
Coordinate Daily HR Operations with Factory Head
Support shift planning, manpower deployment, and HR administration for smooth plant operations.
Manage Recruitment, Onboarding & Exits
Handle local hiring, complete joining formalities, and ensure full and compliant exit processing.
Monitor Payroll Inputs & Attendance Systems
Oversee leave, attendance, OT, and provide accurate inputs for timely and compliant payroll processing.
Drive Employee Engagement & Welfare Activities
Conduct employee grievance handling, coordinate welfare initiatives, and promote a healthy work culture.
Support Plant Installations & Admin Coordination
Facilitate HR and admin support during unit setups, maintenance, contractor management, and plant logistics.
Conduct Trainings & Compliance Awareness Sessions
Organize training on POSH, GMP, safety, and hygiene while maintaining related records for audit purposes.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Education:
MBA / PGD in HR, Industrial Relations, or Labour Welfare
Experience:
3-6 years in plant-based HR roles with statutory and operational exposure
Skills:
Labour law knowledge, SOP drafting, payroll coordination, communication in Hindi & English, basic HRMS proficiency
