Performance Management: Driving performance management processes for the Site in the Employee Konnect system, including performance reviews and feedback.
Compensation and Benefits: Exposure in making Flexible Benefit Plan for the employees.
Manpower Budget: Preparation and compilation of Manpower budget as per requirement.
Employee Engagement - Driving Suggestion Scheme at the Site with relevant stakeholders
Mandatory working Experience Required on Success Factor, SAP & Employee Konnect Work Experience 12 to 15 yrs Education Graduation Masters in Human Resources Competencies Developing Talent Process Excellence Result Orientation Innovation & Creativity Strategic Agility Customer Centricity Collaboration Stakeholder Management
