Experienced in managing worker-level employees across construction project sites.
Job Responsibilities
Monitoring daily labour and office & site staff attendance (including labourers, supervisors, engineers, APMs, PMs).
Validating DPRs and overseeing site-level HRMS records.
Planning and allocating manpower at project sites.
Managing attendance, leave, and early-late reporting for site and office staff.
Preparing payroll files and coordinating salary processing
Recruiting site-level staff.
Addressing site staff grievances and supporting performance reviews.
Maintaining office discipline and decorum.
Approving petty cash and arranging and managing staff accommodations where required
And such other jobs as assigned by management from time to time.
Required Qualifications:
B Tech, Civil, Dip.Civil, BBA, MBA.
3 years
of HR operations experience, preferably in the
construction sector
.
Hands-on experience in handling and coordinating with skilled and unskilled labor at site level.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
